Services

Three practices, one outcome: capability you keep.

We do not hand over a slide deck and leave. Every engagement is built to leave your organisation more capable than it was — with people who understand the technology, guardrails that hold, and something working in production.

AI training

Capability, not familiarity. Our programmes are built so that a participant leaves able to do something specific with AI that they could not do the week before — using your tools, on your work.

Sessions are streamed by audience. Executives get strategy, risk and investment. Managers get workflow redesign and team adoption. General staff get safe, practical daily use. Technical teams get architecture, evaluation and building. Nobody sits through material meant for someone else.

What an engagement includes

  • Pre-course skills and confidence baseline
  • Materials rewritten around your sector and systems
  • Live delivery on site, remote or blended
  • Hands-on exercises using your own tools
  • Take-away playbooks, prompt libraries and checklists
  • Post-course assessment and a capability report for leadership
  • Optional follow-up clinic four to six weeks later

AI awareness

Training reaches the people you send. Awareness reaches everyone else — and everyone else is already using AI whether you have approved it or not.

We build programmes that raise the floor across a whole organisation: what these systems are, why they get things confidently wrong, what must never be pasted into a public tool, and where the genuine opportunities sit. The tone matters as much as the content — fear and hype both produce bad decisions.

What an engagement includes

  • All-staff briefings, town halls and roadshows
  • Plain-language acceptable-use guidance
  • Policy communication that people actually read
  • Intranet content, posters, explainer videos and FAQs
  • An internal AI champions network, recruited and trained
  • Shadow-AI audit: what your staff are already using
  • Pulse surveys to measure literacy before and after

AI consultancy

Independent advice from people with nothing to sell you. We are not a reseller and we take no vendor commission, so our recommendations answer only to your business case.

Most AI projects fail for unglamorous reasons: the data was not ready, nobody owned the outcome, or the process the tool was meant to improve was broken to begin with. We look for those first, and we will tell you when the honest answer is to do nothing yet.

What an engagement includes

  • Use-case discovery workshops with the teams doing the work
  • Opportunity scoring on value, feasibility and risk
  • Data and infrastructure readiness assessment
  • AI governance framework, policy and oversight model
  • Vendor and tool evaluation against your criteria
  • Pilot design, delivery oversight and success measures
  • Adoption, change management and internal handover

Engagement models

How to work with us

Pick the commitment that matches where you are.

Discovery session

A half-day with your leadership to map where you stand and what is worth doing. Ends with a written view you can act on.

Programme

A defined block of training and awareness work with a fixed scope, schedule and set of outcomes.

Project

Consultancy through a specific initiative — assessment, governance, pilot — with named deliverables and dates.

Retainer

Ongoing advisory access for organisations building an AI capability over quarters rather than weeks.

Ready when you are

Not sure which of the three you need?

Most people are not, at the start. Tell us what is happening in your organisation and we will point you at the right one — even when the answer is that you do not need us yet.
