Training · Awareness · Consultancy

Understand AI. Then put it to work.

Most organisations are not short of AI tools. They are short of people who know what to do with them. We close that gap — with training that sticks, awareness that reaches everyone, and consultancy that ends in something running, not another report.

Programmes for boards, managers, technical teams and whole workforces.

What we do

Three practices that work together

You can engage any one of them on its own. Most clients start with awareness, move into training, and bring us back for consultancy once they know what they want to build.

AI training

Structured programmes that take a team from curiosity to competence. Pitched separately for executives, managers, general staff and technical practitioners, so nobody sits through the wrong session.

  • Executive and board briefings
  • Hands-on workshops with your own tools
  • Multi-week cohorts with assessment

AI awareness

Organisation-wide literacy: what AI is, what it is not, where it helps, and where it will get you into trouble. Delivered as campaigns, briefings and clear internal guidance people actually read.

  • All-staff briefings and roadshows
  • Acceptable-use guidance and policy comms
  • Internal champions networks

AI consultancy

Independent advice with no tool to sell. We find the use cases worth doing, check whether your data and governance can carry them, and stay through the pilot until something is genuinely in use.

  • Opportunity and readiness assessment
  • Governance, risk and policy design
  • Pilot design, delivery and adoption

How we work

Four steps, no mystery

The same shape whether the engagement is a two-day workshop or a six-month programme.

Discover

We sit with your people and find out what they actually do all day, what they already use, and what they are worried about. No assumptions carried in from another client.

Assess

We map opportunities against your data, systems, skills and risk appetite, then rank them honestly — including the ones we think you should not do.

Enable

Training and awareness go in where they will do most good, pitched to each audience, using your own tools and your own examples rather than generic demos.

Embed

We stay past go-live: guidance, champions, measurement and a handover that means the capability belongs to you and not to us.

AI Foundations for Every Team

What AI actually is, what today's tools can and cannot do, and how to use them safely in everyday work. The session we recommend running first, for everyone.

Sectors

Where we work

Every programme is rewritten around your sector's regulation, vocabulary and daily work. A compliance officer and a warehouse supervisor should not be shown the same example.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

We have never done anything with AI. Is it too early to talk to you?

No — that is the best time. Starting from zero means we can build habits and guardrails properly instead of undoing bad ones. Most engagements begin with an awareness session and an honest look at where you stand.

Do you sell or resell AI tools?

No. We take no commission from any vendor, which means when we recommend a tool — or recommend that you build nothing at all — you can trust the reasoning behind it.

Can training be delivered remotely?

Yes. Every programme runs on site, fully remote, or as a blend. Cohort programmes work particularly well remotely because the work between sessions matters more than the sessions themselves.

How do you handle our confidential data?

Anything you share stays inside the engagement, and we will sign your NDA before discovery begins. Where a workshop needs realistic material, we prefer to use anonymised or synthetic versions of your own data.

What size of organisation do you work with?

From small teams to enterprise programmes. The shape of the work changes; the four steps do not.

How quickly can you start?

A briefing or awareness session can usually be scheduled within a few weeks. Larger consultancy engagements begin with a scoping conversation, which we can arrange at short notice.

Ready when you are

Let's find out what AI can actually do for you.

A short conversation, no obligation, and an honest view of whether we are the right people to help.
